Most Seen Logo Branding Methods:
- Screen Color Printing is one of the most common branding methods in decorating USB flash drives and other technology products such as MP3 players and Power Bank. Screen printing can be done on almost every promotional product material : plastic, metal, wood, bamboo, leather, rubber etc.
- Full Colour Printing, also known as CYMK printing, ideal for multi-colour, particularly for a logo that has gradient colour effect.
- Laser Engraving is to use the lasers to engrave or etch your logo onto a products. The advantage of laser engraving is being that the logo stays on the product permanently and it won’t scratch, which is highly recommended for all our metal USB flash drives and USB memory pens.
- Embossing is a mechanical finishing process in which the logo is “stamped” on the product with heat, so that your logo will appear with sharp edges, which gives the leather USB drives a luxurious look. Embossing is ideal for our leather bound USB flash drives.
How to Start:
Your Logo File
Our graphic designers prefer Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or Photoshop (.EPS) vector files in order to perfectly print your logo on the promotional products. If your logo is provided in this format, our designers can quickly generate the virtual sample for your approval without any mistakes. However, if you have file in this format, we can always help. You can send whatever file you have, such as .JPG, .PDF, .GIF, .BMP, .TIF and other graphic files, and we can always start from here.
PMS (Pantone Matching System) is the universal color matching system used by printers to get an exact color matched. It will be perfect if you can provide the PMS information about your log, but if you’re not sure about this, we can match the PMS numbers according to your logo file provided to us. And during production, the colour will be exactly matched to the PMS numbers provided or agreed by you.
After we receive your logo file, we will supply you with a virtual sample within 24 hours. Virtual sample is a graphic illustration of the product that shows logo size, color and placement on the product you have chosen. Virtual samples are supplied free of charge.
Once virtual sample is approved by you, we will go ahead with pre-production sampling. A pre-production sample is for you to double check if the logo is correctly printed on the real product before the mass production. Then you can make sure you will be getting what you order.
