Packaging Our MOQ for USB flash drives is 100 units. However, if you require a quantity below 100 (e.g. 50), please contact us as we have some regualar items available for a small quantity like that. top 2. Price term All prices we quote are in Australian Dollars and GST exclusive. The goods will be dispatched from NSW so you need to pay the local freight from NSW to your location in Australia. top 3. How to order The process of an order is simple. 1. Send us a written purchase order stating the model number, quantity, meory capacity, delivery address and logo description. Alternatively, we can send you our sales order and you just need to sign and fax/email back to us. 2. Send us your logo file together with PO. 3. We will prepare an artwork mock up for your approval right after we receive your PO. 4. We will send you a digtial image of pre-produciton sample after you approve the mock up. On request, we can send you a physical sample but a fee may apply. 5. Then we will start mass production after artwork approval. 6. Prodution will take 3-10 days depending on quantity you order. 7. Usually goods will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days after you approve the artwork/sample. top 4. Payment We require 50% deposit payment upon purchase order. The first time customers are on COD (Cash on Delivery), which means balance payment must be made before delivery. top 5. Quality control (QC) Quality control procedure is implemented very seriously to ensure that we are only delivering top quality products to our clients. Each USB flash drive is physically, visually and electronically tested and inspected prior to shipping to our clients. top 6. Data preload We offer data preload service to our clients. We also provide AutoRun and File Lock service at factory. top 7. Branding The most common branding methods we use for our USB flash drives are screen printing, laster engraving and embossing. We offer FREE logo printing or laser engraving. top 8. Memory chips We only use original Sumsung, Hynix and Intel memory chips for our USB flash drives to ensure the top quality of our products. We never use the second grade of memory chips that are generally cheaper than Agrade. top 9. Warranty Our USB Flash Drives are packed in a polybag and then in a white small gift box. Extra charges apply for other packaging options . top 11. Logo files format To ensure a top quality of logo branding, we require a vectorized file from you and it must be in either *ai (Adobe Illustrator), *eps (photoshop) or *cdr (Coral Draw) formats. top 12. USB Flash Drives in custom Pantone® colors We provide some USB sticks in custom Pantone® colors upon request. Please contact us for more details.
